Develop and implement product strategies and market plans to meet sales targets based on market understanding, customer needs, product management, marketing activities, and KOL development etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies and market plans to meet sales targets based on market understanding, customer needs, product management, marketing activities, and KOL development etc.
- Work closely with sales and commercial team to design and execute product campaign, like customer seminar, case discussion workshop, etc.
- Develop sales tools and marketing communication materials such as product presentation, features& benefits and competitive comparison for the sales team.
- Be responsible for product supply and quality performance record. In charge of local product development to ensure sustainable growth.
- Track and analyze target market growth and competitive analysis to find future business opportunities and risks, keep tracking sales performance and develop action plan accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, medical degree is preferred
Minimum of 5years' experience in marketing, clinical education or sales experience in Healthcare industry.
Strong execution skill and good communication skill
Passion, quick learner, good in interpersonal skill and communication
Frequent travel (>25%) is required.
