Looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for leading sporting goods company
Develop annual city marketing plan/journey for specific sport dimension that he/she is in charge of. Work with Geo & other partners to identify the priority tactics and key moments that will integrate with geo planning.
Lead the consumer work - including consumer insight, tension point, problem, opportunity, cultural/commercial moment insight etc. Be in the know of what's up and coming in the industry and within our target consumers/communities/cities
Drive seasonal city marketing planning and process under city's long term vision direction. Act as the key contact with geo team and other cross functional partners to input the seasonal approach, brief, consumer journey, O2O direction and member outcomes from city perspective.
Work closely with PMO team to manage timeline & workback schedule, as well as agenda for weekly team meetings to make sure the team is delivering against key dates and gates.
Drive integration between functions, from ideation to execution.
Effective communication skills; ability to simplify, lead the team and share an informed POV
