Senior Legal Counsel - US Retail Group

Job Description

My client is a famour US retail group with strong presence in China

1. Independently review and handle all kinds of operational contracts and legal matters (including retailing distribution,IT,omnichannel& CRM related projects and contracts,etc)in appare industry and maintain standardized & high quality contract review and management. Take leadership to guide business team to be compliant with company policies and regionally aligned processes.
2. Oversee and manage advice to areas including Retailing,Distribution,Digita Commerce,Marketing,Technology retailing digital product & system etc.Work with business teams closely,identily and assess risks,provide well informed,timely and practical legal counseling to your business partners on the ground.
3. Streamline and drive efficiency in contract review and completion by creating and maintaining form agreements and other processes,as appropriate.Ensure legal services are supported by effective and efficient tools, contract templates and processes.
4. Under the auidance of Senior leaal Director,deliver training and ensure implementation of enterprise-wide policies; dentity improvementopportunity,challenge status quo,and further optimize lega process.
5. Provide oversiant of government policies and quidelines,ega and requlatory requirements and share awareness with key stakeholders informing them of the relevant impact.
6. Work together with Regional&Global Legal Department on other different initiatives,projects and assignments as allocated from time to time
