Responsibilities

Perform the Financial Planning & Analysis function, including the continuousimprovement in processes and reporting
Review results, comparing actuals to forecast, budget and prior year
Prepare monthly and yearly financial forecasts - provide decision supportmaterials to Senior Management in order to meet financial targets
Report month-end / forecast financial results to Finance Headquarters
Provide variance explanations as needed
Prepare monthly Business Unit Review and MML Review for Managementpresentation to Group Executive Team
Work closely with Operations to understand and track strategic initiatives that align with overall growth strategy
Drive budgetary control. cost reduction and productivity improvement
Assist Management in Board of Directors Meeting's material preparation
Prepare and analyze business modelling and provide strategic recommendationto Management
Review Sales & Campaigns' cost sheet to provide commercial and financial advice to support business decisions
To identify areas of improvement within the Financial and Information Management Systems that can provide better, more pertinent data to support thebusiness decision making process
To look at all opportunities to identify and lead change within the Company Carry out any other job duties as assigned

Requirements

University degree or professional accounting qualification or CPA
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Skills especially Excel
Meticulous strong financial and analytical capability
Ability to work across multi-cultural multi-level organisations
Prior experience in the aviation and transportation industry will be beneficial
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish sound workingrelationships with alllevels of organisation
A strong team player and an independent worker, able to work well underpressure in a dynamic environment
