Senior Digital Strategy Manager- Medical Device

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBITIES

  • Support the development of overarching digital business strategy for digital partnership ecosystem building
  • Establish a robust project management mechanism to 1) Monitor the launch preparation & launch readiness tracking for the product; 2) Track the planning and execution progress of the clinical trials and NDA submission of product; 3) Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to define & execution key initiatives for digital innovation business building
  • Participate in the concept design & testing of innovative digital business model to the make the ambition of 3D strategy (device / data / drug) a concrete model
  • Participate in the partnership building to formulate the digital business ecosystem

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or above (MBA preferred). Specialization in Medical/Pharmaceutics/Business preferred
  • More than 5 years of professional experience including at least 2 years in mgmt. consulting for healthcare / personal medical device / digital health industry
  • Good understanding of healthcare reform agenda and business drivers in China
  • Solid project management experience in both strategy development and implementation steering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, result oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder management skillwith proven ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Native Chinese speakers, and good written, verbal skills and presentation skills in English
