Key Responsibilities
Team & Development
➢ Establish a strong & stable Sales & retail shop team
➢ Continuously monitor and act upon resource needs within the Sales & retail shop team.
➢ Oversee the recruitment of suitable staff for all elements of the Sales & retail shop team
➢ Oversee all staff training & development within the Sales & retail shop team
➢ Ensure the BH team are provided with training on an on-going basis. Liaise with BH management to identify what training is necessary to establish a high-performing team.
➢ Support and empower the team leaders within the function to take ownership of the department, and to work collaboratively in pursuit of common goals Manage Operations
➢ Take responsibility for, and manage, all day-to-day sales operations within the Sales & retail shop team ensuring all SOPs are kept up to date and remain consistent within the team.
➢ Responsible hosting is well implemented
➢ Ensure consistent premium levels of service provided
➢ Ensure, all developments and needs for the business are recorded/ tracked and being followed up by the relevant parties.
➢ Monitor and visit all corporate accounts, explore new accounts as monthly target Performance ➢ Deliver 100% guest satisfaction at all accounts
➢ Deliver 100% experience & bottle sales budget achievement
➢ Manage over heads cost spending within budget
➢ Oversee the provision of a range of products for all guests. Actively monitor consistency and improvements where required for all accounts clients.
➢ Take ownership of Experience Revenues, Bottle sales revenue , Costs (labor and overheads)
➢ Work closely with the finance department to ensure compliance and Audit preparation Key Skills Requirements ➢ Strategic thinking and the ability to understand and align with the company vision
➢ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at different levels
➢ Computer literate with familiarity of Office programmed
➢ Highly organized with the ability to handle several work-streams simultaneously
➢ A strong understanding of brands and how they work
➢ Up-to-date IT skills and an appetite to embrace new technology Qualifications and experience ➢ Minimum Leaving
Certificate or Equivalent
➢ A business/management third level qualification at degree level or above
➢ Luxury industry working experience is a must
➢ Above 5 years working experience in equal position
➢ People management experience and did success project
➢ Strong sales & negotiation skills and ability
➢ Strong capacity and revenue management skill
➢ Strong strategic thinking & computer expression skills
➢ Multi working ability to handle several work-streams
➢ Fluent English & Mandarin speaking is a must Person Specification
