Key responsibilities:

Streamline revenue management process for China commercial team (Sales and Marketing), with end to end commercial planning process and standardized tools, thus to realize investment saving and ROI.

Support in commercial strategy, budget planning, performance management for sales team, especially for EC, NKA and Fields Sales.

Support Revenue Management Director in developing annual commercial budget (Revenue/Volume, KPI) and monthly monitoring & tracking.

Perform VIC/VLC calculation, generate SCFD report, and ZBB report for EC, NKA and Distributors Management.

Summarize and analyze team data based on the requirements, assist in the formulation of the commercial budget and 3-year strategic plan, and verified data with EC/NKA/Regions, tracked team's KPI.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above in business/finance, 5-8 years related experiences in FMCG companies.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to cope with multi-tasks and to prioritize and organize tasks
