PR&Communications Manager
Public Relations
- Be responsible for annual PR planning, covering both global requirements and local market needs
- To build on existing and develop new relationships with key press publications across long-lead and short-lead, mainstream media, trade, online and blogs in order to maximize media lineage opportunities
- To work with Line Manager to identify appropriate artists/influencers as brand community and develop long-term relationships
- Ensure editorial development and ranking of DMR and media value
- Work closely with Manager to support and execute seasonal press days
- Possess deep understanding of all internal communications strategies, tools and systems to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging. Able to drive both internal and external communications when needed
- Aware of competitors activities and market insights
- Manage PR agency on event occasions and related parties
Editorial/Showroom Management
- Supervisor PR Executive to handle and execute daily press requests including photoshoots, product loans and brand information
- Monitoring all incoming and outgoing sample requests across key media to ensure the strongest and most qualitative editorial coverage
- Fulfill samples requests for media, stylists and product placement
- Organization and responsibility of press sample ordering
- Working with PR Executive to manage and maintain the press room and press samples in an organized and efficient way
Media
- Support Line Manager and HQ to establish media plan according to global guideline and local needs
- To develop and ensure excellent relationships with targeted media (sales and editorial)
- Support Line manger to prepare local media landscape / insights for HQ reference
- Provide to HQ advertising MR request and share post buy report
