Marketing Manager
To Develop the brand annual marketing plan with support of line manager
To implement brand plans on time and within budget, monitor progress and results and propose changes where appropriate
To manage commitment and spend of advertising and promotion (A&P) funds in pace with volume achievement
To work closely with external agencies and internal field team to develop promotional plans and materials.
To develop relationships with sales team and with trade outlets in order to conclude promotional events in conjunction with field management
To conduct regular trade visits and consumer researches.
To assist in developing all marketing activities (ATL/BTL) and act as team leader in their implementation with field management.
Together with Associate Brand Director, plan and provide necessary marketing tools and information to the sales force to enable the successful implementation of marketing and sales plans.
To recruit, train, develop and motivate Marketing staff to the level necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the Department
