A brand marketing leader of a mature consumer brand
The key missions of this role is to lead the team to design and delivery the marketing strategy, planning and execution to achieve the business objective of delegated segment. At the same time to collaborate with PMD to provide local insights and market response.
Translate global priorities into local brand strategies.
Activate Global tool box with local consumer insights and market knowledge; enhance brand awareness of delegated segment.
Design short and long-term growth plans that achieve business goals.
Develop an annual communications plan including traditional media, digital, events, in-store, and PR, etc.
Manage the marketing planning process including marketing budget, sales forecasting, active in sales, marketing and operation.
Develop the capability of the team and the career path of each team members.

Do you have what it takes?
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/Business or related major is preferred;
Experiences in planning and launching marketing campaigns;
Strategic Planning and business acumen;
Good leadership and people management;
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skill;
Critical thinking with the ability to recommend improvements to current processes;
Flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude;
12+ years experience in Consumer Marketing and Brand management, with the experiences in leading MNCs in FMCG and/or Retail Industry.
