Conduct continuous analysis on local pricing strategies, sales pricing consistency and Fair Pricing discipline for all sales and commercial departments;
Develop and execute improvement projects to improve pricing strategy and consistency to enhance profitability, ensure integrity and accuracy in close cooperation with leadership;
Deeper understanding of market insights, competitive benchmarking, reference valuation, and cost to serve in order to implement pricing tactics and strategies to maximize Business Unit revenue opportunities;
Stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system, enhance processes to support pricing discipline and ensure timely response to market conditions;
Work closely with product marketing team to provide analytical support and analysis in making recommendations for price adjustments & changes, product life cycle adjustments, product segmentation, competitor pricing analysis and cost inflation. Including the establishment of annual product line pricing objectives and leveraging segmentation and value based models to establish product line pricing strategies;
Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies and drive process optimization;
Provide regular reporting containing analysis, progress of improvement projects and impact in profitability to business leadership;
Where required support sales professionals in customer meetings to implement new pricing strategies and schemes;
Other tasks assigned responding business focuses.
