Job Description
Legal Counsel- inhouse counsel to support the whole deal process
The role would be covering:
- Provide legal DD for their investment projects, coordinate and manage their transactions, and provide legal advisory throughout the process.
- Fund formation - with the assistance of external law firms.
- Contract draft and negotiation - daily operation.
- Corporate governance, strength the control and compliance environment internally.
- Manage and work with external law firm and manage the legal budget.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for:
- Around 5 years PQE
- International law firm background, or with inhouse experience
- Fluent communication in Chinese and English
- LLB from reputable law schools in China and overseas education/qualification would be a plus.
- Strong communication and influencing
- Candidate from tier1 PE/VC teams in law firm would be highly preferable
- Candidate with liscensing project experience would be a plus
