Job Description
E-commerce JD AM/M
* Achieve sales target with close cooperation with JD and TP/distributor and strive for more resources and traffic.
* Work closely with cross-function team and TP to enhance synergy and work efficiency.
* Provide analysis and action plans based on KPI relating but not limited to sales performance, traffic, conversion, AOV, and consumer behavior.
* Customize merchandising plan (incl. engagement mechanism, special offers, consumer approach…) based on marketing calendar, consumer insights and JD market trend.
* Optimize daily operations leveraging multiple resources (sales reports, merchandising reports, campaign report, consumer insight …)
