Job Purpose
Build robust governance framework and execution workforce in our Retail operations to ensure 100% compliance and safeguard our BRAND and support the sustainable growth of our PEOPLE and BUSINESS in the market
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Implement Governance System
* Lead the roll out and enhancement of Governance 360 in boutiques
* Monitor and enhance SOP implement via regular boutique inspection
* Optimize operational process to minimize risk via continuous SOP feedback and risk identification
* Guide and support boutiques to enhance efficient and effective governance
* Work with RMs and HOBs and leverage Operations Community to ensure the SOP implement by all roles and positions in boutiques
* Work with HR and Retail office in conducting compliance investigation and root-cause analysis
Build & Develop Operation Community (awareness, education, development and engagement)
* Build operation talents system and pipeline with close collaborations with RMs and HOBs
* Develop and engage key operations talents, especially operation community
* Collaborate with L&D on operations educations to elevate the capability of supporting team, including governance, optimizations, and CSR
Drive Retail Excellence and build operations agility in boutiques
* Build the culture of operations excellence and optimizations among boutiques
* Set up a platform to inspirate the sharing and roll out of best practice at regional level
* Lead or support national/regional/boutique projects roll out aims to elevate operations efficiency
* Drive to build knowledge and experience center on Governance and Retail Excellence with leverage of all related resources
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above
Work Experience
At least 8-year retail experience with expertise on operations
Risk Management and Process Optimizations experience is preferred
Team management and development experience with people centric mindset and good communications skills
Project Knowledge and experience Required
