1. Partner with Senior business leaders in China 2. Lead & manage annual & ad-hoc HR topics such as Talent Reviews, Merit, Bonus & promotion reviews 3. Strategic Partnership with senior leaders to diagnose & formulate imperative solutions on talent topics related to the entire lifecycle from attraction, recruitment, retention & development.
Bachelor degree or above.
More than 8 years' working experience focus on the HR function, plant HR management experience is must.
