Strategy & Product Innovation: Creation of Disrupt Strategies through identification of hunting grounds, with strong strategic intent and clarity on ultimate business outcomes. Follow through of strategy to full product innovation process (main focus to successful prototyping, but not exclusively) to launch. Responsible for minimum three platforms at any time.
Creativity and Ideation: Creative ideation to generate multiple ways in to the hunting ground drive from primarily the consumer lens, but also taking into account all opportunities for disruptive growth, which may be RTC or commercially led.
Testing and Learning: Responsible for undertaking all testing and learning on the platforms using existing and new methodologies for testing that are agile and fit for purpose.
Influencing & Inspiring: Inspiring key stakeholders in the disrupt (often challenging) innovation opportunities and influencing to get overt focus and support to test and learn as well as move to launch. Inspiring the total business as to this approach to successful Innovation.
Leading cross functional teams: Responsible for collaborating with and leading diverse cross functional teams in pursuit of the disrupt innovation opportunities in China / Asia.
You are a highly experienced (8+ years) and creative Innovator with a bounty of examples from product creation to packaging and formats You have marketing, strategy and innovation experience and have a proven track record of breakthrough strategic and creative thinking.
You will have strong entrepreneurial flair to both identity new opportunities and navigate project challenges.
