MNC FMCG Company Head of E-commerce
The Head of E-commerce will lead E-commerce business development strategy and execution for Alibaba, Tencent-invested and new EC platforms.
The role should have deep digital & EC knowledge and operation experience, EC business planning strategic thinking and implementation capability, matured experience in conducting strategic business with the category manager and higher level EC platforms, solving fundamental bottlenecks and pushing the O2O collaborations to gain a joint-force long-term business development.
This role requires a strong background of B2B /B2C EC business, EC platform negotiation skills, cross- function and cross-culture communication capability, high attention & sensitive in customers insights and competitive sense.
The person in this role will need to be comfortable working as part of an international team; autonomously, effective, simultaneous processing various projects with a results-oriented working style.
This role requires deep understanding of the dynamics between the manufacturing (Brand) companies, the EC platforms and the distributors and TP partners in this space.
