- Job purpose: Work closely with Commercial Strategy AAD to define and implement policy on product price position, listing strategy, profitability, and promotions by segmentation/channel
- Leadership exposure, with 1 headcount support;
- Commercial strategy team occupies a highly strategic position at China and Global level; pricing strategy is a key pillar of all strategic initiatives within the company and covers all brands and channels
- Pricing function is part of Commercial Strategy team; besides pricing lead, Market Insights, TOT Acceleration team is a part of the function.
- Opportunity to participate key commercial & marketing project with pricing as pivot, rotation in commercial strategy team or company level and grow into senior role in 2-3 years
