Due to the rapid business development, they are looking for a China Finance Director

1. Partner with China GM to help set up China business with operation process designed

2. Transform financial goal into business target and KPIs, and allocate resource to maximize the performance, efficiency and ROI.

3. Support business decision making with risk and opportunity identification, by highly efficient financial analysis and reporting systems& processes set up.

4.Strategic& operational plans, from 3 years strategic plan to retail channel opportunity assessment.

5.Partner with business leader, keep optimizing business process and structure, driving better business topline& financial result.

6. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, aligned with global policy and local compliance

7.Recruit and develop team

Requirements:

Bachelor or above degree

At least 10 years relavant experience

Fluent English speaking
