Lead a team to provide actionable and responsive business insights to support daily business operation and commercial decisions.
Need to cover both Owned Digital Platforms in scope (such like, brand.com, App, Wechat etc.) and Tmall, drive the forward-looking insights to identify the strategic growth opportunities.
Leads initiatives ranging from business deep dives and root cause analysis to building robust, scalable data models and translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions that can deliver commercial insights
Apply advanced statistical techniques, develop statistical models, drive A/B testing build to model marketplace, identify causal impact and attribution, and build and benchmark metrics
Work with large scale data sets to extract data from multiple platforms (for e.g., POS, SAP etc.) and explore their patterns and recommend commercial activities

REQUIREMENTS:
8+ year experience of business analytics and data science, experience in internet, consulting or retail industry
Solid knowledge in business insights & analytics, proficient in statistical modeling/algorithms and data science techniques, etc;
Working closely with the cross functional team to set up necessary metrics, reports and process to anticipate demand driven events for effective decision making.
