Business Plan & Review
- Define monthly sales building block,including sales target breakdown, paid media plan.
- Coordinate with marketing Business partner to deliver promotion mechanism and CRM activation plan under marketing guideline.
- Prepare review deck for key campaign to continues contribute for operation excellence.
- Lead the Tmall channel campaign (SBD/Hey box/618/11)from sales planning, execution & review.
- Co-work withmarketing/EC Marketing team to prepare integration campaign resource to support for the sales achievement.
Operation Excellence & Stock Health Management
- Lead the Tmall assets creation including HP, PDP, LP, paid banner to well deliver brand image. Optimize the CTR & CVR to continues improve the assets performance.
- Lead the paid media operation including media optimization & assets optimization, continues to optimize the media efficiency through operation excellence.
- Prepare campaign forecast, order delivery from formal product to sample.
- Ensure the forecast accuracy & inventory health based on daily stock management.
- Plan and Continues to optimize customer service quality tofurther optimize consumer experience & CS conversion rate.
- Prepare monthly budget tracking and PR/PO processfollow up.
- As key contact window to deal with internal & external communication activities.
Bachelor above with 4+ years experience in E-commerce role, solid experience in sales planning, paid media and assets planning. Beauty industry experience is preferred.
Organized & Logic, self motivated, good handler on multi-task, can work under pressure.
Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
