Our client belongs to a multi-brand luxury group

Responsibilities:

  • Data Solution: Closely work with Media/CRM/Innovation/IT/EC teams to understand all the data touchpoint including MHD existing platforms and support each team. Base on inhouse data study and finding to have the Data overview with solutions and direction.
  • Data Governance: correctly understating, analysis and tracking data quality, data relevance to business needs, data insights, pre-data collecting planning and strategy
  • Data Tracking: Base on the business requirement & question to plan the data tracking & acquisition, make sure to acquire enough high-quality data to support business.
  • Data Translation: Analytical skills on our 1st party's data, understand the quality and feedback to different function for the better business optimization
  • Business Intelligence: across different brand and function to build up Data strategy and direction, to serve business requirement and upgrade ROI

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics & insights development, preferably in luxury and cosmetics industry, CRM agency/Data agency/Consulting agency
  • Strong ability and knowledge to organize data, analyze information and draw powerful insights to solve business needs
  • Familiar with current ecosystem and mainstream touch point, data knowledge of digital transformation, digital marketing (like mini-program, social, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of data governance and architecture principal
  • High operational skills
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
