Leading MNC- Corporate Investment Manger

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic and financial analysis in various companies and sectors
• Execution of various investment projects (e.g. M&A, buyout, minority investments, joint ventures, etc.) as well as internal strategic projects
• Act as the core interface with other internal functions on assisting the management of post investment activities
• Day-to-day responsibilities similar to those of associates in investment banks or private equity shops, or senior consultants in top tier strategy consulting firms

Qualifications (we are looking for two types of candidates)

Investment Banking / Fund background candidates

• Excellent academic track record from top-ranked universities (China or overseas); university degree or higher (top US or UK university experience preferred)
• Well trained associates from global leading investment banks with 2-4 years' experience (can also consider top performers from CICC / CITIC Securities), experience from reputable private equity firms or MNC's corporate development is a plus
• Experience in execution of various transactions on both buyside and sellside (ideally impressive deal list)
• Strong analytical and problem-soling skills
• Strong ability to perform financial statement, business, valuation and investment analysis, very solid modeling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Multi-tasking skills; self-starter and proactive attitude and maturity
• Genuine passions about working in a corporate setting, and strong interest in corporate finance, investment, strategy and consumer & retail industry (no requirement on the candidate's prior industry background / focus though)
• Proven skills in MS Office Suite (including PPT and Excel) and proficient general research capabilities

Consulting background candidates

• Excellent academic track record from top-ranked universities (China or overseas); university degree or higher (top US or UK university experience preferred)
• Well trained top-performing professionals with 4-6 years' strategy consulting experience (can consider senior associates / consultants from MBB, or manager level or above from other leading strategy consulting firms); candidates from consulting firm's corporate finance practice are preferred, prior experience in commercial DD projects or dealing with private equity clients or MNC's corporate development teams is a plus
• Solid background in finance (project background, educational background, and / or CFA, etc.)
• Proficient English skills both verbally and in written
• Strong analytical & problem-soling skills, as well as excellent communication skills
• Multi-tasking skills; self-starter and proactive attitude and maturity
• Genuine passions about corporate finance and investment under a corporate setting, strong interest for consumer & retail industry (no requirement on the candidate's prior industry background / focus though)
• Proven skills in MS Office Suite (including PPT and Excel) and proficient general research capabilities
