Advanced Analytics:
Drive continuous improvement of Data Science & Analytics. Serve as an In-House Expert for coaching & consultation. Bring in industry best practices. Pilot new methodologies and tools.

Capability Building:

Identify opportunities for new data sources & systems. Build or adopt scalable data models/products. Enhance our understanding of Consumers, Products, and Market/Competition via new & innovative capabilities.

  • Assist CA leader in cross-CA analytics & organization initiatives.
  • Identify insight & analytics input needed in the Consumer Code process.
  • Take lead in specific ad-hoc projects when needed.

Qualifications

  • 8+ year experience of Business Analytics and Data Science.
  • Track record of turning complex data into actionable business insights
  • Expert in analytics toolkit (Excel, SQL, R, Python, etc.) and major BI tools/applications
  • Agility in dealing with changes and staying open-minded
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Strong in collaboration with partners from different backgrounds
  • Excellent in both Mandarin and English communication
  • Knowledge of Sport Goods and/or Sport Apparel industry is a plus
