MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

 Monitoring software status with software QA team

 Analysis software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints

 Develop and direct software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation

 Direct the software design process for software engineering activities

 Conducts Software Requirements, Design and Code Reviews

 Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineering department to ensure of a proper functionality of the new product design

 Coordinate and communicate with colleagues in the headquarters to ensure of technical alignment

 Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior's expectation

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

 Bachelor's degree in electronics, software engineering, computer science or equivalent disciplines

 At least 5 years working experience in embedded software design for automotive products. 2-year experience of leading role in managing software project development process

 Good understanding of automotive software development process and automotive product development process

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Good understanding for autosar project

 Good understanding for CAN/LIN /UDS

 Workable English.
