Commentary on Retails and Luxury Roles and Remuneration in China for 2018

薪资水平与去年相近,华中地区,如成都、武汉和重庆等地直销店人员需求量较大。 

区域管理和运营人员,特别是奢侈品行业主要是离职求职者。物流和配送中心仓库经理空缺职位需求较多,与电子商务 (EC) 渠道职位相比,仓库经理的薪资水平更具有竞争力。

华中地区对负责业务拓展和门店扩张人员的需求有所增加,主要来自四川省和湖北省的公司。由于当地生活成本相对较低,这些地区的薪资水平比华东地区要低10%到15%。

体育或户外行业对大客户管理人员需求相对较高,新职位大都为电子商务客户管理方面,薪资水平与去年相近。

公司更愿意聘请代理机构负责公司规划或雇佣有经验的内部候选人担任企划职位。与纯粹的代理机构相比,内部候选人的薪资水平要高出10%到15%。新的人员需求主要来自负责零售业务改进的业务和销售规划职位。

大部分销售与采购属于更替率较高的职位,新的人员需求来自在线销售行业。同时具备在线与离线销售经验的求职者薪资水平比那些仅具备离线销售经验的求职者要高出10%-15%。

近年来,培训已经变得越来越重要。许多公司将培训活动分为培训学院和课程教学两种功能。最近几年,培训师候选人的薪资水平已经上涨了15%到25%。
