Preparation is essential so gather as much information as possible about your prospective employer and position yourself carefully before the meeting. Highlight experience that is most relevant to the position for which you are applying. This will include soft skills as well as professional knowledge. Before joining Morgan McKinley I gained several years of recruitment experience with another leading executive search firm specialising in the HR function across multiple industries, including Financial Services. I am a native of Shanghai, speaking Shanghai dialect as well as fluent Mandarin and English, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Donghua University.
