Jun is a senior consultant in Morgan McKinley’s Technical & Engineering team in Shanghai. He specialises in recruiting professionals for roles in supply chain, operations and other manufacturing related functions.

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, Jun worked for an International recruiting firm as consultant, responsible for recruiting of overall supply chain related middle to senior management positions in the manufacturing sector. Jun has a wide knowledge since he also worked for another consulting firm as management consultant, in charge of strategic process improvement, financial benchmarking, and operational optimization for multinational companies around the world.

 A native Chinese, Jun was born in Shanghai. Jun holds two bachelor’s degrees, one from Kenan-Flagler Business School (KFBS) and another from School of Information & Library Science (SILS) of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.He can speak fluent Mandarin, Shanghainese and English. Jun is interested in travelling, reading and technology. He travelled and lived in Africa, Americans, and Asia for more than 12 years.
